BURTON Albion Football Club has signed a new stand sponsorship deal with caravan and motorhome dealer Don Amott.
The “King of Caravans” began sponsoring the West Stand in 2011 and has now signed a new three-year deal which will run until the end of the 2018/2019 season.
The West Stand is popular with Albion’s home supporters who like to stand behind the goal on match days.
Don Amott has had a long association with the football club and the area and his business is based in Hilton.
Burton Albion chairman Ben Robinson said: “I’m pleased that we are able to continue our association with Don and I’m delighted that we have extended the stand sponsorship for another three years.
Don said: "Its so nice to sponsor the club. We’re a local company and Burton is a lovely club with genuine and friendly people and it’s great to support them in our little way.
"As everybody knows, I was a director here many years ago, so I’m chuffed that Burton are doing so well and it's nice to be involved with the club."
