Hasselbaink signs his second player Kelvin Maynard
Burton Albion have signed versatile defender Kelvin Maynard on a professional contract until the end of the season.The 27 year old Dutchman has previous experience with FC Volendam and FC Emmen in Holland as well as playing in Portugal and Hungary before joining Antwerp.
Maynard made his professional debut with FC Volendam, playing in four second division games in the 2006–07 season going on to make 35 appearances in his second year as the club were promoted to Eredivisie (Dutch top division).
Maynard passed his medical this morning and joins subject to international clearance and paperwork. He will wear the number 31 shirt with the club.
