SCUNTHORPE TICKETS GO ON SALE

7 July 2015

FROM tomorrow (July 8) Burton Albion fans will be able to buy tickets for the first home game of the League One season when the Brewers face Scunthorpe.

Tickets will be available to purchase in the club office or on the phone during normal opening hours.

Fans will be able to reserve tickets for Scunthorpe from tomorrow which can then be collected from July 20 onwards.

The club has introduced a new ticketing system for the 2015/16 season which will make securing admission to Brewers games much easier. Fans are being encouraged to register for the new system, which will go live for online booking during pre-season, and they will then receive a unique user ID that will make securing tickets in the future easier as well as ensuring they receive updates and newsletters from the club.

Although there will be a booking fee for tickets purchased on line when the system goes live, fans will receive admission that is £2 cheaper than on the day prices. Advance tickets can be purchased up to 5pm on the day before a game. Tickets bought on-line can be posted out for a small handling charge or collected on arrival at the ground.

Supporters who prefer to make ticket purchases in advance in person can do so during club shop opening hours, saving £2 on match day prices and with no booking fee.

On match days, from 45 minutes prior to kick off, only tickets for that day’s game can be purchased.

Fans will still be able to pay in cash on the gate for terrace admission on the day if they prefer, subject to tickets still being available. All seats in the stand will need to reserved on line or in the club shop – there will be no cash admission at the turnstiles.
