Burton Albion captain John McGrath is confident the Brewers are capable of matching all teams in npower League 2 as they bid to make the play-offs.
The Brewers next three games are all against sides in the top three but McGrath is confident heading into each fixture as they hunt for their first win of 2012.
The skipper also believes Albion have been unlucky of late and their fortunes will change around sooner rather than later, especially with the football they've been playing in recent weeks.
He said: "I don't fear anybody in this league; you can give me the likes of Crawley, Southend or Cheltenham away. If we can play the football we know we can play I know for a fact we have got better players in our squad to match any club.
"For whatever reason it is just not dropping for us at the moment and it's costing us points.
"All we can do is keep playing the way we are. Hopefully the chances will still come and we will score more and start wrapping up all three points."
After Saturday's 1-1 draw with Rotherham United, McGrath felt disappointed not to come away from the game with maximum points, but still considers the result as a good point.
Albion had the chance to win the game late on but failed to put their opportunities away leaving them winless in eight matches and slipping away from the play-off places.
"It's a point against a good side but we know ourselves we probably deserved all three," added McGrath.
"Yes they had a bit of possession in the second-half and a few corners but I can't remember Ross Atkins making a save.
"We created so many chances and then we were our worst enemies and conceded a goal which left us very disappointed.
"They sussed us out second-half pushing higher up the pitch trying to stop us getting out our half. We are a resilient bunch and switched to a 4-4-2 battling on and creating just as many chances.
"I hate losing games however they come. We passed the ball really well and created so many opportunities. I'm scratching my head trying to figure out how we didn't win the game."
McGrath will be hoping their fortunes change on Saturday when they face Cheltenham as they look for their first victory since Northampton Town in December.
