A valid ID containing photo and date of birth will be required for all age categories both when registering to buy a ticket, and when purchasing tickets either over the phone, in the Club Shop or paying at the turnstiles.

The quickest and easiest way to purchase tickets is online at www.burtonalbionfc.co.uk/tickets. Alternatively you can call 01283 565938 or call in at the Club Shop during normal opening hours.

Supporters registering for online ticket sales will receive a unique FAN ID number. It is the supporter’s responsibility to keep contact details up to date.

Tickets for each match are usually available at least four weeks prior to each game.

Away fans cannot purchase tickets for the home terraces or seats. Any away fans who are found to be in possession of a ticket for any of the home sections will be refused entry and no refunds will be given.

Tickets can be collected from the ticket office upon the presentation of the credit/debit card used for payment, along with the name and address of the cardholder. We will ask for photo ID before releasing tickets. If the card holder has asked someone to collect tickets on their behalf, then a signed consent from the cardholder may be asked for by the ticket office. Any person collecting tickets on behalf of another, will be asked to provide evidence of their name and address and may be required to answer security questions. In the event of a dispute, the club’s decision is final.

All pre-purchased tickets are to be collected from the club shop next door to the main reception on non matchdays and on matchdays from the ticket collection windows outside of the club shop.

TICKET RULES AND REGULATIONS
All fixtures may be subject to change. Burton Albion reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any match without notice and without any liability.

A match-day ticket is solely for the use of the purchaser and cannot be passed onto a third party without express permission from Burton Albion Football Club. Failure to comply with these conditions could see the ticket(s) invalidated with no refunds given and the person(s) responsible being banned from buying future tickets.

If a ticket is lost/destroyed/stolen, the club does not have to issue a replacement and the ticket will need to be repurchased. However, the club may decide to issue a replacement in certain circumstances at the club's discretion.

No supporters, ticket holders, or club guests can bring into the ground any equipment which is capable of recording or transmitting any audio or visual material in relation to the match or any aspect of it without express permission from the club. MISSED GAMES

It is each ticket holder's responsibility to get to the game in good time and the club recommends allowing ample time to park and gain access to the ground. The club does not take any responsibility for supporters who miss games due to travel difficulties. Security checks at the turnstiles may also take time, especially at games where attendance is high and the closer it gets to kick off. Burton Albion cannot issue refunds to fans who miss all or part of any match in these circumstances.

CUP COMPETITIONS
Tickets for cup competitions are agreed with the opposition and, where possible, we consider some reductions for early rounds of cup competitions or increases for later rounds with the agreement of the opposing club. Tickets are usually allocated on a priority basis with sponsors, VPs, season ticket holders and regular away travel supporters given an option to purchase tickets prior to sale to the general public.

In the event of a rearranged fixture, ticket holders will be entitled to receive free admission on the date of the rearranged game. Refund tickets will be issued if buyers are unable to attend due to the rearrangement. Refunds are given to supporters provided that the original tickets are returned to the ticket office within 14 days of the new date being announced. Tickets must be returned in their original state. All refunds are at the club’s discretion. Away tickets are issued at the opponent’s discretion.

COVID 19 ADDITION TO TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All fans attending games including season ticket holders must comply with applicable laws/regulations, Government guidance in respect of Covid-19.

It is a strict requirement that season ticket holders do not, under any circumstances, attend the stadium in the event that they are required to self-isolate or have any symptoms of Covid-19. In those instances, a refund will be at the club’s discretion.

Due to potential COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing rules and its impact on attendance at live matches, season tickets do not permit season ticket holders to occupy a ‘specific seat’ at any match during the season. In the event of reduced capacity matches, seat allocation will operate on the basis that seats in the stadium will be allocated on a match-by-match basis. The club will always attempt to come as close to a season ticket holder’s ‘ordinary match seat’ as possible.

If any game is postponed for any reason, including Covid-19, there are no refunds for any postponed or rearranged matches for season ticket holders. Season ticket holders will be able to attend the rearranged matches using their season tickets at no additional charge.

Season tickets, tickets and ticket packages are non-refundable in either the package’s entirety or on a game-by-game basis if impacted by Covid restrictions. If you would like to return your season ticket/ticket package you can do so by sending all the unused tickets to Burton Albion, with a covering letter detailing your request to cancel your season ticket/ticket package. In exceptional circumstances, the club may make a discretionary refund on a case-by-case basis, but cannot guarantee it will make any refund.

A complimentary live streaming of the match behind closed doors maybe offered to Season Ticket Holders. Should a fan accept the offer of a live stream, instead of attending the live match, then the value of the stream will be discounted from the value of any discretionary refund that is made.

If any matches are held at limited capacity, the club will prioritise existing Season Ticket Holders and Vice Presidents first, followed by new applicants. Should there not be sufficient seats/terrace capacity available, a ballot will operate with an aim of ensuring all season ticket holders can be given an opportunity to attend matches.

Any agreed refunds will be repaid within 28 days of the date of the match.

UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR
Any ticket holder found to be not abiding by Covid regulations, including social distancing and the wearing of masks and who refuses to comply when requested by a club official maybe ejected from the ground. In which case no refund will be given. Ticket holders are reminded that the club expects them to take full responsibility for their actions and to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times.  Anyone wishing to report unacceptable behaviour can contact a steward on the day of a match.
