Burton Albion Commercial director Fleur Robinson said: "We want Burton Albion Football Club to be a safe and welcoming place for all our staff, supporters, visitors and guests. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination and we are committed to ensuring that equality of opportunity is at the very heart of everything we do to ensure we provide fair and non-prejudicial access to the services across the football club. 

"It is the policy of Burton Albion Football Club that no person, whether a job applicant, employee, volunteer, supporter or customer, shall be discriminated against."
