It is the duty and responsibility of all staff working at BAFC to ensure they are safeguarding children/adults at risk by creating an environment that protects them from harm.
We believe that the general well-being welfare and safety of all children/adults at risk engaged in activities is of the upmost importance. BAFC will fulfil its responsibilities by ensuring it displays best practice in safeguarding matters, conducted in a spirit of partnership and openness with the child/adult at risk family and the relevant local authority.
