Burton Albion prides itself on being a family-friendly club with a safe and enjoyable atmosphere within the stadium on matchdays.
Section J of the North Stand is Burton Albion's designated 'Family Area'. Supporters should enter the ground by the North Stand turnstiles and then turn right and enter the stand at the far end. They should then use section J of the stand which will be reserved for under 16s and their families.
No person will be allowed into this area unless they are with an under 16. There will be zero tolerance of bad language in the Family Area.
Stewards will ask anyone using bad language to immediately leave the Family Area.

There is a full range of refreshments in all areas of the ground with specialities such as faggots and peas available.
There are no bar facilities outside the ground but there are bars in each stand for fans after they have passed through the turnstiles
A Burton Albion season ticket allows access to every home league match of the season.
All pre-purchased tickets are to be collected from the club shop next door to the main reception, although it is recommended that tickets are collected prior to the day of the fixture. Tickets can also be purchased from the ticket windows on the day of the game, subject to availability.
Tickets can be purchased online for all fixtures until 11am on the day of the game. New fans can register to use the system and will then receive their unique Fan ID.
Access to the Pirelli Stadium is through the entrance to the car park on Princess Way.
