FANS can pay cash on the turnstiles for our Bass Charity Vase match against Championship side Derby County at the Pirelli Stadium on Saturday (kick-off 3pm).

Supporters wishing to pay in cash at the turnstiles can do so at the Don Amott Stand (West terrace) and UK Waterproofing Solutions Stand (North terrace).

Fans wishing to sit in the Carling Stand will require a ticket, available from the Ticket Office either in advance of the fixture or on the day.

Admission prices are just £10 for adults and £5 for under 17s on the terraces.

Tickets for the seated areas cost £15 for adults and £10 for under 17s.

This, our second and final home pre-season friendly, follows our entertaining 2-1 victory over Premier League Sheffield United on Tuesday night.

The Bass Charity Vase was founded in 1889 as a football competition to be competed for annually by major teams, in particular Football League clubs. Proceeds from the matches have been donated predominantly to medical-related and hospital charities.

Past winners of the Bass Vase include Aston Villa, Birmingham City, Coventry City, Derby County, Leicester City, Liverpool, Notts County, Nottingham Forest, Stoke City and West Bromwich Albion.

This year The Brewers will be looking to win it for the 15th time.

2019’s opposition Derby County are the most successful club to have played in the competition however, winning the title 17 times.

This year the Bass Charity Vase celebrates its 130th anniversary, whilst continuing to support good causes every year.

Both clubs will make a donation from the proceeds of the game to the Bass Vase Charity.
