Burton Albion are seeking to recruit a CCTV Operator and Radio Controller for various functions including match days, and similar events. We take pride in the quality of the service provided and are therefore looking to recruit someone with a helpful and friendly attitude, are good communicators, and able to work as a team. Applicants should ideally be available for regular events at the Pirelli Stadium.
Along with good observational skills, applicants will be required to log calls, translate messages received, and relay information to other members of the team. You will be required to handle calls in a calm and rational manner, assessing the best course of action to take.
An attention to detail, and being able to comprehend what others are saying are also a necessary part of the job together with taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate. An ability to work and concentrate under pressure.
