Brewers clinch Football Club of the Year
Burton Albion Football Club has been awarded Football Club of the Year at the 2013 Club Mirror Awards night in Manchester.
The award highlighted the club’s improvements and progression across the football club and its work at all levels within the community and internally.
Burton Albion Commercial Director Fleur Robinson said: “This is a fantastic award for the club, the progression that the club has made on and off the pitch over the past few years is a testament to the tireless work that goes on behind the scenes and the backing of the local community.
She added: “As a football club Burton Albion continues to grow and the progression we have had from our non-league days has been quite remarkable and I hope we continue to find success on and off the pitch going forward.”
