Sky Bet League 2 latest odds

23 September 2013

Where is the value in the Sky Bet League 2 promotion race?

Chesterfield strengthened their status as the favourites to win Sky Bet League 2 with a 1-0 victory at fellow high-flyers Oxford.

The Spireites have collected all but two points on offer so far this season and have consequently come in from 15/2 to 7/4 to be crowned champions.

Sky Bet now make them odds-on to secure promotion while Oxford have drifted out from 6/4 to 7/4 after slipping down to fourth with their first loss of the season.

Fleetwood moved up to second with a 1-0 win at pre-season promotion favourites Portsmouth.

The Cod Army also sit ahead of Guy Whittingham’s men in the title betting, coming in from 4/1 to 100/30, while Pompey have drifted from 10/1 to 14/1 following their third loss of the campaign.

At the other end of the table, Accrington are 5/6 favourites for relegation as they remain with a solitary point to their name following a 2-1 loss to Rochdale, while York (7/2), Hartlepool (4/1) and Dagenham (6/1) follow after all recording draws.
