Burton Albion provides hospitality for various functions including match days, events, and weddings and takes pride in the quality of the service provided. We are seeking a highly capable and responsible Food and Beverage Manager to manage all aspects of food and beverage both in the operational and sales function including ground catering and maximising the profitability of Burton Albion Football Club operations through the implementation of effective cost controls and supplier negotiation.
This is a hands on role in where you will be expected to take a lead role in maintaining and delivering consistent excellent standards of service, ensuring customer satisfaction with a busy and dynamic environment.
Duties will include managing the day to day operation for food and beverage within the hospitality sector of the business.  To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with a keen sense of planning ahead and maintaining first class standards.  A positive ‘can do’ attitude is essential together with a keen eye for increasing and predicting the growth of the business.
