Have your say in Albion's fan survey

Continual improvement has always been the focus of Burton Albion Football Club – and now it’s time for Albion fans to get involved in some of the things that matter most to supporters.

During a four-week period starting on Thursday 23rd January, all Burton Albion fans will be invited to take part in an electronic survey online or complete whilst at an upcoming home game at The Pirelli Stadium.

The survey has been set-up through a partnership between Burton and South Derbyshire College and the club’s Charity Burton Albion Community Trust aimed at providing a process for Brewers’ fans to inform of their perception of all areas of Burton Albion.

Chairman Ben Robinson, explains: “This is not a box-ticking exercise, this is about us as a club knowing our fans so that we can implement ideas and initiatives over a period of time driven by the feedback of our fanbase.

“We want to hear about what we do well and what we can do better to improve the whole experience for our fans. We should not presume to know everything about what our fans want from us as a club and we want to ensure Burton Albion is a club that remains something everyone is proud of, so there really is no better way to drive continual improvement than for it to be shaped by supporters themselves.”

Following the completion of the fans survey Burton and South Derbyshire College students through part of their coursework will collate the results and feedback to Burton Albion allowing the club to create an action-plan to continually improve the matchday experience for all fans.

The fans survey will be available to access via a link on Burton Albion’s website at www.burtonalbionfc.co.uk from January 23rd to February 17th.
