Damien McCrory talks about his recovery, the injury and making 100 appearences for the Brewers.
On his performance:
"It was great to get on the pitch tonight and get 45 minutes under my belt.
"It was good to be out there, but obviously it was a shame about the result.
"I got through 45 mintues without any major concerns and I just need sharpness and match fitness, which hopefully won't be long."
On his 100th appearence and start:
"I was stuck on 99 for quite a while!
"I only found out about a month ago I was stuck on 99, but I was happy for it to be tonight."
On dealing with his injury:
"Every lad that's injured can relate to it, but on the plus there's been a lot of good things.
"I've had a good recovery and haven't had any problems since the surgery.
"It's been hard work to get to this point, but there's a little bit more to go."
On Northampton and getting back into the side:
"The lads have been doing well and I can't expect to come straight back into the team.
"I'll keep fighting to get that place back and when my match fitness is there I have no doubt I'll keep playing and getting results.
"I want to see how it reacts, recover properly, train Thursday and Friday and I'm sure I'll chat to the gaffer."
