WITH Burton Albion on the brink of promotion, the club is today announcing a new ticket pricing structure that would promise one of the best value days out should the club make history by reaching League One.
With Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink’s team now odds on favourites to be playing in the third tier of the English game for the 2015/16 season, Albion fans will hopefully be able to enjoy the highest grade of football in the club’s history for just £17 on the terraces and £20 for a reserved seat.
Burton Albion’s commitment to providing exceptional value for families also continues next season with terrace prices for juniors remaining at just £5. Young supporters can also enjoy further savings through season ticket prices starting at just £50 for 12 and unders and £75 for 16 and unders, for the terraces. That works out at just £2.17 per match for under 12s.
Adult season tickets for the 2015/16 season will now be priced at £323 for the terraces and £380 for a reserved seat, meaning that Albion supporters will hopefully be enjoying League 1 football next season for just £14.04 per match (standing) or £16.52 per match (seated).
Burton Albion chairman Ben Robinson said: “These are exciting times to be a Burton Albion supporter and we wanted to ensure that we gave our fans the best possible value next season whatever division we are in. We hope as many fans as possible will take up a season ticket offer meaning that they can see a competitive and enjoyable game of football at the Pirelli Stadium all season.
“We also pride ourselves on being a family club, which is why we wanted to keep the prices for our youngest fans as low as possible. We hope to see a big take up of season tickets for our junior supporters so they can enjoy watching their favourite football team every home game.
“Our fans’ survey results show that our supporters believe we offer both value for money and a safe and welcoming environment for families to watch football. We value our loyal supporters and hope they will back us in even greater numbers in what promises to be a very exciting 2015/16 season.”
