BURTON Albion winger Marcus Harness has joined Northern Premier Division side Ilkeston on a one-month loan.

The 19-year-old has made over 20 appearances for the Brewers since 2013 including his man of the match performance in the memorable win against Queens Park Rangers in the Capital One Cup.

Harness made his debut for the Albion in 2011 when he came on for the final 10 minutes in a pre-season friendly at the Pirelli stadium against Derby County.

He made his League Two debut on 22 March 2014 on 68 minutes in a 1-0 defeat against Scunthorpe United at Glanford Park.

Harness said "I think it will be a good move for me. Hopefully I'll get some more games under my belt then kick on when I get back"
