MIDDLESBROUGH FLASHBACK

14 August 2015

Shaun Harrad's 13th goal of the season proved unlucky for Middlesbrough as the Championship strugglers crashed out of the FA Cup at the Pirelli Stadium.

The striker's second goal of the match, three minutes into stoppage time condemned Tony Mowbray's side to the ignominy of a third round exit and catapult the Brewers into the 4th round for the first time in their history.

Brewers boss Paul Peschisolido made just one change to the side that lost 2-1 to Staffordshire rivals Port Vale on Monday. With James Collins suddenly departing for Shrewsbury Town on Thursday it opened the door for Shaun Harrad, Albion's top scorer to return to the side spearheading the attack.
