FANS INVITED TO GIVE THEIR VIEWS

10 July 2015

BURTON Albion fans of all ages will get the chance to help shape the club's plans going forward.

Supporters are being invited to the latest fan engagement workshops where everyone is welcome to bring new ideas and discuss issues that are important to fans.

The first workshop will be for adults and the second for young supporters and their parents.

The adult workshop is on Tuesday 21st July.

The junior and family only workshop will be held first on Wednesday 22nd July.

Burton Albion is proud of its family friendly appeal and the workshop will be focused on improving that matchday experiences at the Pirelli Stadium even more as well as giving fans the chance to share ideas on all aspects of the club.

Both workshops will be held at the Pirelli Stadium and will start at 6pm.

The first ever workshop was held in July 2014 . The first junior-only workshop was held at the Pirelli Stadium in May 2015.

Previous events have been voted a big success with several new initiatives implemented as a result.

Burton Albion aims to take forward as many ideas as possible. Most recently, an ‘away guide’ video has been produced for new visitors to the Pirelli Stadium. This was one of many suggestions put forward at the last workshop.

Reece Brown, community coach, said: “I was very impressed with the way the last workshop panned out.

“There was a great response from all who attended and it is good to see activity happening from the club after hearing the response of the supporters.”

Entry to the workshop is free to all supporters but those wishing to come must email media@burtonalbionfc.co.uk to confirm attendance. Please state your name, address, contact number and age of junior supporters wishing to attend.
