BURTON Albion are off to the races with a special Brewers-themed day at Uttoxeter Racecourse on Sunday, July 26.

Brewers boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and members of the first team squad will enjoying the day out and will be bringing the League Two Trophy with them.

What promises to be a great day of racing will also help raise funds for Burton Albion Community Trust as well as providing fun for all the family.

The trust will be holding a bucket collection, bringing an inflatable for youngsters to enjoy and Billy Brewer will be on hand to make sure everyone has a smile on their faces.

To celebrate Burton’s Albion’s day out at the races, we have 50 pairs of tickets for supporters to enjoy all the action for free.

To be win with a winning chance, simply make sure you have logged on to the new Burton Albion ticketing system and have received your unique user ID.

This will not only give you the chance to join us at Uttoxeter on July 26 for free but will mean that you can gain access to the ticketing system, making booking easier and simpler in the future, as well as having the opportunity to receive information and newsletter updates from the club.

Uttoxeter Racecourse is billing the July 26 event as a family fun day with great races for the grown-ups and plenty of entertainment for the kids including a live performance before racing from Only One Direction, 1D’s only cover band.

In the Centre Course there will be electric go karts, pony and funfair rides. You can also bring your own picnic.

The race card will have a Burton Albion theme and the community trust will be helping make sure that Brewers fans enjoy their day at the races.

The gates open at 12.30pm and the race action starts at 2.30pm.
