After joining on a loan spell in March, Callum Reilly has re-joined Burton Albion on a two-year-deal following his release from Birmingham City.
Reilly had limited opportunities when he was on loan with the Brewers due to injury. He made one substitute appearance which was followed by his first start but he didn’t last more than 20 minutes after pulling his hamstring. With Hasselbiank building a squad ready for League 1, Reilly cannot wait for the season to start.
“I can’t wait for it and I can’t wait for the season to start.
“I was looking forward to getting it done and now I want to get the games going.”
So what attracted Reilly to the Pirelli Stadium?
“It was just speaking to the manager.
“I know it was a limited experience I had here due to injury but the coaching staff and all the lads here are brilliant.
“I am looking forward to the plans for next season and what is ahead.”
