The Brewers welcome hundreds of local juniors to Saturday's game
Saturday’s game will see us welcome hundreds of youngsters and parents from around the local area, to help create a carnival atmosphere in the East Stand as we celebrate our second Junior League Day.We would like to welcome and say thank you to the 900 plus attendees from Outwoods Juniors, Hilton Harriers Tigers, Rolleston, Newhall U14s, Repton Casuals u8s, Repton Casuals, TS Sports, Stretton Eagles, Belvedere Park Blue u10s, Newhall u9s, Branston FC, Barton Rovers, Mayfield, Belvedere White, Belvedere u8s, Hatton United and Tutbury Tigers for all attending.
After last season’s successful Junior League Day against Dagenham & Redbridge, we also gave an added incentive to the youngsters, as the team that sold the most tickets would also help to welcome the teams onto the pitch and be flag bearers for the day. We would therefore like to thank Outwoods Juniors for selling the most and by helping us today.
As well, a number of secondary schools will also be in attendance due to their recent education work alongside the club, as well as around 100 attendees from our ‘Albion 2 Engage’ projects.
