Callum Reilly and Darius Charles visited a Burton Albion Community Trust (BACT) project this afternoon.
Burton Albion Community Trust has partnered with the Football League Trust and Ferrero UK to launch the + Sport Move and Learn Project, a national school-based educational programme for children aged between 9-10 as part of the global Kinder + Sport initiative.
The program is delivered over six consecutive weeks with and split into two sessions a 45 minute classroom session which is then followed by a 45 minute physical activity session which are both linked to compliment one another.Â
The visit was a classroom based session where the players interacted with he children and encouraged discussions.
John Widdowson, Health and inclusion manager said "It is great to get the players out in the community to support one of our growing projects.
"The players were heavily involved with a classroom based session and it certainly had a positive impact on the children."
