"EVERY PLAYER HAS COME IN AND DONE WELL" SAID McCRORY

9 September 2015

With the Rochdale game on Saturday fast approaching, defender Damien McCrory insists that the Brewers have enough quality throughout the team to fight for the win.

McCrory says that the players who have come in to the squad have done a good job, and expects the manager to continue to rotate the 29-man-squad.

Hasselbaink brought in 12 new faces during the transfer window, something Damien believes was an important decision to make coming in to this league.

"Going in to League One you need a lot more options, you can't rely on the same players." He said.

"You can see changes have been made for cup games.

"Every player has come in and done well."

The 25-year-old was left out of Sundays match with Coventry, which came as a bit of a disappointment for the full back.

"The manager called me in before the Coventry game and felt the need to change things up.

"Obviously as a player you want to play week in week out, but these things happen and at the end of the day, it's the managers decision."
