LAST GASP WINNER WAS A 'GREAT MOMENT' FOR BREWERS, SAYS GAFFER

28 September 2015

BREWERS boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink says the injury time winner from Jerome Binnom-Williams at Chesterfield was worth savouring.

The Gaffer says: "It was one of those games where we were thinking 'is the goal going to come? When is it going to come?' Then to come at that moment with a really good counter attack was really pleasing.

"It was also great for Jereome - it was his first goal in the league - but also for the team and the travelling fans.

"It was a good moment for everyone connected with Burton.

"They were pushing and trying to get the winner. We were trying to get the winner. Before the goal we had a couple of opportunities to break and chose the wrong option.

"At the last moment we made the right decisions. Jerome finished it off really well.

"The first 10 minutes was not how we wanted it be but after that it was all about us and we were very dominant."
