THE priority window to buy tickets online for the Port Vale game opens on Monday, September 21.
Users that have registered before September, 18th have the first chance to buy tickets for the all-Staffordshire clash at the Pirelli Stadium on Saturday, October 24.Here’s our quick guide to using the ticketing system and making sure you get the tickets you need for the must-see fixture.
Registered users will have by now received their priority ticketing email for this game.
Simply click on the link in the email. Once you are on the ticketing page, click ‘Buy priority matches’ anytime from September 21.
Then select ‘Port Vale’ from the priority events list. You must then log in using your username and password.
Select the area of the ground that you want to buy tickets and add them to your cart.
There is a limit of two tickets per registered user but you can add family and friends using their Fan ID numbers.
Fans wanting to purchase more than two tickets should simply click ‘add family and friends’ (you will need their priority number and surname) click search followed by Confirm Friends and Family. Your quota will increase. You can do this as many times as you want for all your family and friends who are registered.
When you are happy, click ‘buy tickets’. Only then will you be able to use the drop down menu to apply discounts and concessions.
Then click ‘recalculate’ to get the correct price. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged until you have had chance to do this.
Confirm your order and select delivery type. Please check your details in the billing address section.
Finally, submit your order and enjoy the game.
