ROCHDALE AFC PREVIEW

11 September 2015

BURTON Albion face Rochdale AFC in the league TOMORROW at the Pirelli Stadium for the seventh league game and their fourth home game of the 2015/16 season.

The Brewers are yet to lose a game against Rochdale, having won five of the six games contested between the two clubs (D1).

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink's side have enjoyed a good start to the league, winning four games and losing two putting them in fifth place, two points behind league leaders Gillingham going in to this round of fixtures.

The side has put in some very impressive performances since gaining promotion to League One, and will be keen to put last weeks defeat to Coventry City behind them.

Lucas Akins said: "Rochdale at home, they are doing very well.

"It is a great opportunity to get ourselves going again and get a run going.

"We have been in great form at home in the past couple of years so we will try to get back on the bus and get it going."

The Brewers lost just three home games in the league last season, winning sixteen of their twenty-three games at the Pirelli Stadium.
