NIGEL CLOUGH'S SCUNTHORPE REACTION

9 April 2016

BURTON Albion manager says the way his team started the second half is what cost them away at Scunthorpe.

He said: "I thought we did alright in the first half, we weren't too bad.

"We had chances again throughout the game but it was a proper away performance in the first half, we were solid."

It was a set-piece on the 60th minute which opened the scoring for Scunthorpe.

"We were happy at half time but the way we started the second half, the first 20 minutes is what cost us the game," said Clough.

He added: "They (Burton) haven't been prolific scorers all season so that isn't going to change.

"We need somebody who is going to get us a goal from somewhere."
