BURTON Albion’s main shirt sponsor for 2016/2017 will be on-line betting company Tempobet after the Brewers signed the biggest sponsorship deal in the club’s 66-year history.
Albion’s first team shirt will now sport the Tempobet brand for the club’s debut season in the Championship.
Adult supporters’ shirts will also carry the Tempobet branding but, in line with strict betting rules, junior fans shirts will feature Burton Albion Community Trust in the sponsor’s position.
Burton Albion commercial director Fleur Robinson said: “It was very important for us to find the right sponsorship deal at this key moment in the club’s development and we are delighted to have signed up to the biggest sponsorship deal in Burton Albion’s history with Tempobet.
“I am also delighted that Tempobet has agreed that our charity, Burton Albion Community Trust, will feature on the shirts of our junior fans, which will highlight the amazing work BACT does, especially with young people.
“I’m sure that our partnership with Tempobet will be a major benefit to both parties and we look forward to working with them over the course of the 2016/2017 season.”
Tempobet.com was founded in 2007 and now offers a comprehensive live betting service, as well as casino, virtual games, binary options and lottery. Among its brand ambassadors is former Real Madrid star and World Cup winner Roberto Carlos.

The Brewers will play in the new strip against QPR tonight.
