NOVEMBER

BAFC 0-3 Peterborough United
Peterborough United gained revenge on the Brewers for their league defeat back in August as they ran out 3-0 winners at the Pirelli Stadium to ruin Jimmy Floyd Hasselbainks managerial debut in the FA Cup. Livewire forward Conor Washington grabbed himself a brace of opportunist goals either side of half time to put Graham Westley's side in control whilst Jermaine Anderson's goal with six minutes left put the gloss on a cup victory that ensured a first ever win for the Posh over the Brewers.

Bury 1-0 BAFC
An unlucky own goal from left back Jerome Binnom-Williams ensured that Burton Albion's disappointing record continued at Gigg Lane as Bury won by the only goal of the game. With five minutes to go to half time Leicester City loanee Joe Dodoo capped a lively debut for the Shakers with a low cross shot that hit Albion's own loanee and dropped agonisingly over the head of keeper Jon McLaughlin who could do nothing about it.

Wigan Athletic 0-1 BAFC
Nasser El Khayati ended Wigan Athletic's unbeaten home League record with the only goal of a closely fought encounter at the DW stadium. The hosts were probably in the ascendency as the game enter the last twenty minutes but when substitute Timmy Thiele burst away on the end of Robbie Weir's pass on 74 minutes the German showed great calmness to get into the box and pull the ball back for El Khayati to sweep the ball home from eight yards and secure all three points for Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink's men.

BAFC 5-1 Colchester United
Burton Albion went goal crazy at the Pirelli Stadium notching up the biggest win of the Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink era as Colchester United were put to the sword in a 5-1 win.
