OPEN TRIALS FOR FOOTBALL AND EDUCATION PROGRAMME

31 March 2016

SCHOOL-LEAVERS are invited to an open trial to join Burton Albion Community Trust’s Football & Education programme.

On Tuesday, April 5, males and females who will be aged 16-17 years of age from September 1st 2016, can gain an insight into the amazing opportunities available when studying with Burton Albion.

At Robert Sutton Sports College from 10am-2pm, hopefuls will be put through their paces by Brewers legend Aaron Webster and a team of UEFA and FA -qualified coaching staff members.

They will have the opportunity to speak to Burton and South Derbyshire College course leader James Endsor, who will be able to answer any questions you may have on the qualifications studied.

What does the Football & Education course offer?

- A unique opportunity to represent your local professional football club on a weekly basis;

- A chance to gain a first class education by completing industry-recognised Level 2 and 3 qualifications in sport with our preferred education partner Burton and South Derbyshire College;

- A chance to increase future employment opportunities via work experience, sports coaching qualifications and employment opportunities with Burton Albion Community Trust and Burton Albion Football Club.
