BURTON Albion staff arrived at the Pirelli Stadium this morning to find a queue of fans eager to purchase their season ticket for the 2016/17 season.
The first customer in the queue informed our staff that he had been at the stadium since 5AM and has slept in his sleeping bag in order to secure his ticket for next season where the Brewers will play hosts to former European champions Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest next season as well as Midlands derbies with Birmingham and Wolves.Â
Tickets are expected to be in high demand for all games meaning that a season ticket is the best way to secure admission. All games in the 2016/2017 season will be all-ticket.Â
Existing season ticket holders who renewed before the earlybird deadline have already had their season ticket prices frozen but those who have yet to renew can still benefit from reduced prices next season. The offer extends to half season ticket holders as well, with a deadline of June 13, at 5pm. After this date, seats and terrace spaces will no longer be held and will go on general sale.Â
