THESE are exciting times at Burton Albion as the club gears up for its first-ever season in the Championship.

The club celebrated back-to-back promotions with an open top bus tour around the town but as soon as the champagne corks had been popped Burton Albion started planning for next season which will be just as busy off the pitch as on it.
 
Demand for hospitality, sponsorship and advertising packages are expected to be at a record high as the increased exposure of the Championship makes partnering with Burton Albion more attractive than ever.
 
TV coverage and media interest is much greater in the Championship, ensuring that sponsor and partners will get even greater value from connections with the Burton Albion brand.
 
Chairman Ben Robinson said: “We are looking forward to welcoming so many famous clubs here next season and our fans will be excited about us playing the likes of Aston Villa, Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest. Our fans and sponsors are also especially excited about us playing our close neighbours Derby County.
 
“There will be a great atmosphere and packed houses here next season but we will still ensure that the Pirelli Stadium is a welcoming, family-friendly environment whether you are on the terraces or in an executive box.”
 
The fixtures are released in June and there will be high demand for executive boxes, hospitality and sponsorship packages.
 
Ben said: “It’s not just about seeing great football games here. We do all our catering in-house and those people enjoying hospitality have a superb meal in great surroundings knowing they have a reserved seat for the game waiting for them.”
 
The Pirelli Stadium is also a popular venue for conferences, corporate events, banqueting, wedding, parties and special occasions. Its busiest time is in the run up to Christmas with a series of festive party nights.
