SKIPPER SAYS TRAVELLING FANS CAN BE A BIG BOOST FOR THE BREWERS

7 May 2016

BREWERS skipper John Mousinho is calling on Albion’s travelling army of supporters to make it seem like a home game at Doncaster.

Nearly 3,000 Brewers fans will be travelling up for the game, with around 20 official coaches making the journey.

Mousinho said: “It doesn’t make too much of a difference being away from home. We will have a massive away following anyway – we will have that behind us and will turn it into as much of a home game as we can.

“The more fans we can get there the better. We have had some fantastic away followings this season and they have really spurred us on. We have had some great results away from home. Doncaster’s not too far up the road and we will have a huge following and they know they will make a difference.

“It’s a huge boost to come out in front of your own fans and away fans can sometimes be the best ones. They have travelled up and down the country - done the mileage. They will be up for it. “
