VACANCY: SOUS CHEF

Burton Albion provides hospitality for various functions including match days, conference & banqueting and weddings and takes pride in delivering first class customer service.

The role will involve working closely with the Head Chef and hospitality team in producing, developing and delivering first class high quality food and beverages together with developing new and exciting menus. This will include catering for conference & banqueting and match-day hospitality, food kiosks, together with managing the production and service from the kitchen and regularly evaluating food standards within the business.
