GUESTS from the National Arboretum were on hand at the Pirelli Stadium to attempt a new Guinness World Record. The record is to get 21,000 names signed on a giant Christmas card.
The card, which is 2.1m high and 4.5m wide when opened out, features a giant poppy set against a background of more than 800 photographs taken at the arboretum.The card is a gesture from everyone to say thank you to our armed forces.
If you didn’t manage to get your signature on the giant Christmas card, it will be on display at the National Memorial Arboretum on the following dates:
