BURTON will be aiming to get back to winning ways on Saturday when they travel to in-form Preston North End.

The Brewers were comfortably beaten by high-flying Reading last weekend and are in the midst of a three-game winless run – with their last victory coming against Midlands rivals Birmingham City back in October.

Nigel Clough knows his side need to start picking up points, especially with the busy Christmas period coming up, if they’re to ensure their Championship survival.

But beating Preston will be no easy feat, whose only home defeat in the last six came against runaway leaders Newcastle, and Simon Grayson has his side playing some exciting stuff.

Callum Robinson has thrived since turning his loan spell at Deepdale into a permanent transfer and is one to keep an eye on.

The former Aston Villa youngster has netted three goals this season, just one off a career best, and will be sure to give Burton’s defence something to think about on Saturday.

But Burton have failed to score in their last three games and need to start finding a killer touch if they’re to end this barren run; boosting their survival hopes.

You can back our boys at 63/25 with club sponsor TempoBet.

Striker Chris O’Grady will be aiming to end his goalscoring drought since joining the club in the summer and open his account for the Brewers.

O’Grady is available at 43/25 to score anytime.
