NIGEL Clough thought a draw was a fair result after his side earned a 1-1 against QPR.
The Brewers boss said: "A draw was about right over the course of the game. We struggled and laboured at times but got our noses in front and the only disappointing thing was conceding a soft goal to get them back in the game.
"When you do do take the lead in the second half you need to hold it for 15 or 20 minutes and then when they push forward look to pick them off. They were a difficult team to play against at times but we have stopped the rot after two defeats and got a draw.
"There wasn't a lot of confidence between the two teams but the onus was on us as the home team to push on and we did try and kept plugging away doing the right things - but most of the lads can perform a bit better than they did tonight and have done all season."
