Salloway Property Consultants has become the latest firm to back the Academy as part of the ‘One of Our Own’ project.

It provides solutions in all aspects of commercial and industrial property agency, including disposals, acquisitions, investments, land and development and offering dedicated professional services in valuation, lease negotiations, compensation and property audit. The firm has offices in Burton, Derby and Nottingham, meaning that it has a detailed knowledge of the local business scene.
Salloway has agreed a season-long partnership with the under 12s team as the Academy continues to create relationships with local firms under the ‘One of Our Own’ scheme.

“Both Steve Salloway and myself are passionate football fans, following both local teams (Burton Albion and Derby County) from an early age. The Burton office has supported Burton Albion, through corporate sponsorship (corporate hospitality, player and match day sponsorship, programme and calendar advertising) for over 20 years since setting the office up, back to the days when Albion were semi-professional and a non-league team.
"I’m a passionate sports fan in general, and through Salloway do my best to support the community and all local sport sponsoring and nurturing young talent. When Raj Athwal approached me regarding the Academy sponsorship, it seemed a natural progression; Burton have been very good at promoting home grown talent and I have enjoyed watching Matty Palmer, Marcus Harness and Joe Sbarra recently come through the ranks and I am delighted to support the football club in this way.”
The ‘One of Our Own’ project invites businesses to partner with the Academy to help develop the next generation of Burton Albion players and benefit from the exposure and brand of the club.
