BURTON Albion have been drawn away at Birmingham City in the Emirates FA Cup Third Round.
The Brewers come into the competition at this stage as a Championship club. Last season Albion were drawn away at Watford - losing 2-0.
This season they face fellow Championship side Birmingham at St Andrew's. Birmingham are managed by former Brewers player Steve Cotterill.
The draw took place at Slough Town live on TV this evening with Glenn Hoddle and Jermaine Jenas pulling the balls out of the bag.
The Brewers were No 11 in the draw and were the third tie pulled out.
The tie will be played on the weekend of January 5-7, 2018 with the exact date and time to be confirmed.
