THE Brewers return to home soil tomorrow afternoon when they host Preston North End at the Pirelli Stadium in the Sky Bet Championship (3.00pm)
SEASON SO FAR



Preston North End will be looking to push the play off places come the end of the season. They currently sit 10th in the Sky Bet Championship having won seven of their opening 20 games.
Alex Neil’s men have lost five and drawn eight so far this season.
They will be looking to get back on track having only won two games in their last ten in all competitions. 

BURTON ALBION TEAM NEWS



Nigel Clough will have a depleted squad to chose from on Saturday with a mixture of illness and injury reducing the players he will have available to face Preston at the Pirelli Stadium. Right-back John Brayford made a return to first-team action against Derby and will likely start again.
Lloyd Dyer’s not trained yet this week. Sean Scannell hasn’t trained this week. Matty Lund has an illness and has been off all week with a bug. Jamie Allen has had a family bereavementand Joe Mason has also been taken ill and ended up in hospital and so is a major doubt for Saturday.


PRESTON TEAM NEWS



Preston boss Alex Neil will most likely name an unchanged XI from the side that fended off a nine-man Queens Park Rangers team last weekend. Injury problems continue to hamper the Lilywhites, with Greg Cunningham, Sean Maguire and Tommy Spurr all on the sidelines.

REFEREE



Keith Stroud will be the man in the middle at the Pirelli Stadium tomorrow afternoon. The Hampsire-based referee has taken charge of 11 games in all competitions so far this season, handing out 54 yellow cards and 4 reds.
He will be assisted by Matt Foley and James Mainwaring with David Coote the fourth official.

Albion supporters can still purchase tickets for tomorrows’s game against Preston, and can do so online, over the phone (01283 565938) or in person by visiting the club shop during opening hours.

CAR PARKING




Supporters can park in the Pirelli Stadium car park for just £5, as well as the Pirelli Tyres staff car park (£3 per car) and new for this season the Eton Park Junior School (£4 per car). All money collected from Pirelli staff car park will go to charity.
Funds raised at the school will go to its PTA to help benefit pupils.
Burton Albion encourages fans to walk to the ground or use public transport to get to the stadium if possible. Supporters who do come to the ground in vehicles are encouraged to car share.
All supporters are asked to park responsibly and to be aware of parking restrictions and the needs of residents when leaving their vehicles.
PRE-MATCH ACTIVITIES




The Burton Albion Community Trust (BACT) will be hosting a mixture of footballing activities on the Burton Albion Community Football Centre 3G before tomorrow's game. Activities include small sided games, penalty shoot outs, skill challenges and much more. It's completely FREE with a match ticket! Just turn up between 1.15PM and 2PM.


FAMILY AREA



After a successful trial Burton Albion Football Club is making its Family Area a regular feature for the remainder of the 2017-18 Season.
Fans wishing to use the Family Area should enter the ground by the North Stand turnstiles and then turn right and enter the stand at the far end. They should then use section J of the stand which will be reserved for under 16s and their families. No person will be allowed into this area unless they are with an under 16. There will be zero tolerance of bad language in the Family Area.
BAG POLICY
Burton Albion is reminding fans that they are encouraged not to bring bags to the Pirelli Stadium.
The policy is in operation for security and safety reasons and is in line with other football clubs in the EFL.
The club does not permit holdalls and rucksacks in the stands, terraces or in hospitality areas. The club also discourages bringing smaller bags into the ground. Anyone bringing any bag to the Pirelli Stadium will have to have it checked and tagged by security staff. This will mean that supporters must be willing to present their bags for checking on arrival and that there may be queues meaning extra time will be needed to enter the stadium.
