NIGEL Clough hailed an important victory and the great character of his side after coming from behind to beat Wolves 2-1.
The Brewers boss said: "It's about time something dropped for us in the opposition penalty area in stoppage time."We battled away and for the first 20 minutes of the second half played as well as we have done in recent weeks to get the equaliser. We then had to wait until injury time to get the winner but it was deserved.
"It was very satisfying but especially because of the heartache we have suffered late on in so many games this season where we have conceded late goals. That makes it even more special.Â
"It's very difficult when you have lost five on the spin at home and go 1-0 down against such a good side. So to come back out and not just get the result but also to play so well in the second half was special.
"I thought the crowd were great today as well and really got behind us. When you come out second half you need the encouragement and they provided it today."
