WILL Miller’s loan spell at Burton Albion has been extended until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old striker was initially brought in from Premier League Spurs in August with the deal running out this month but Nigel Clough was keen to keep the young prospect at the Pirelli Stadium.
Most of his 12 appearances have come from the subs’ bench but Clough believes he continues to improve and could add to his one goal so far for the Brewers.
Clough said: “We said we wouldn't take more than five loans but for Will we would leave it open because he’s brilliant to have around and because the chances of having all five loans fit is slim.
“He’s a great lad and he’s improving and getting acclimatised to the physical aspects of the Championship as well.”
