NIGEL Clough wants to keep the Brewers unbeaten run going at Bristol City on Saturday.
It’s now three games without defeat for the Brewers with draws at Derby and at home to Blackburn on top of beating Norwich at the Pirelli.
The Albion boss said: “It has been a great time to get the five points. It gives us a fighting chance as we go into the final run of games. To try and stay unbeaten for the next few games is now the aim.
“But Blackburn have now picked up four points out of six and are going to be a major threat so it’s going to be very tight down there. Any point we can get anywhere will be valuable to keep our heads above water.
“It will probably go all the way to the end of the season – unless someone has a startling run - but it’s difficult when you haven’t won many games to put a run together of three or four wins.
“The Championship is so unforgiving that you can play half a dozen games not play badly but only pick up a point or two. Only Brighton and Newcastle have shown any are consistency."
