ON-LOAN midfielder Lasse Vigen Christensen has been called up to represent Denmark U21s for two friendlies this month.
Denmark will face Spain and England as they prepare for June’s U21s UEFA Championships in Poland.They will have the tough task of battling it out with Germany, Italy and Czech Republic in the group stages.
The U21s are unbeaten in their last 12 matches, and most-recently drew with Italy in November.
The midfielder has made eight appearances for Burton Albion this season on loan from Fulham and chipped in with three assists during his time at the Pirelli Stadium.
