BREWERS first team coach Andy Garner has praised the Brewers squad that has secured a second season in the Championship. He said: "It has been a great effort by the players. Over the season it has been fantastic.
"It has been tough this season. I also think the achievement is bigger than the promotion last season. When you are in this league it's so competitive, and so hard because there are so many good teams.
"We were the bookies favourites to go down and we have survived.
"What we set out to do at the beginning of the season we have achieved and that's always nice.
"To stay up has taken a massive effort for everybody. We have had our ups and downs but after that point at Barnsley we could relax.
"It's fantastic for the players, supporters, the chairman - everyone works very, very hard at this club."
