NIGEL Clough is hoping that all his players will be ready to go again after the defeat at Leeds when the Brewers travel to Norwich City tomorrow night.

The Brewers manager said: “We need to look at those that haven’t played very much –  Brayford, Warnock and Scannell - and see how they are. We will look at it again after training today and see how they feel, bearing in mind we have another game on Saturday and then Wednesday, Saturday next week.

“We have to be mindful of these group of games. We don’t want anyone playing tomorrow and then pulling up and missing the next five games.

“It’s great that Luke Murphy will be back involved and he will certainly play. It will be pretty much the same squad.”

Clough hopes that the Brewers can quickly put the defeat at Leeds to bed and move on.

He said: “We are pleased to have a midweek game. Thinking back to our playing days, when you have had a game like Saturday you just want to play again and get it out of the system and put right some of the things you did wrong on Saturday.”
