IT has been another very successful Burton and Uttoxeter Jobs Fair at the Pirelli Stadium today.
The Home of Burton Albion again played host to the annual event that saw many people leave the stadium with a job offer or an interview after meeting prospective employers.
The event was organised by Andrew Griffiths MP in conjunction with Burton and District Chamber of Commerce and Jobcentre Plus.
Jobs at both Burton Albion FC and Burton Albion Community Trust were among those on offer.
A total of 45 employers were present offering 2,500 jobs.
Andrew Griffiths said: “It’s great to be back at the Pirelli Stadium. It’s a fantastic venue to hold the event. This is the seventh year bringing together local employers and people hunting for work and it’s another very successful day.”
