LUCAS Akins is the biggest injury doubt ahead of Saturday’s trip to Birmingham (3pm kick off).
The Albion No 10 came off in the Bristol City game on March 10 with a hamstring injury and has been sidelined ever since.
But he did join the pre-match warm up on Easter Monday.
Lloyd Dyer, Tom Naylor and Luke Murphy picked up knocks on Monday and Darren Bent is struggling with illness, but Nigel Clough hopes that they will all be available at St Andrew’s.
The Brewers manager said: “Lucas was down to train today and we will see how he goes after that. We are hoping he will be involved in the squad on Saturday. The other players like to see him out there with the them and there's not too many who will have played in so many positions as Lucas this season.
“We will see closer to the weekend who is going to make it of those with knocks but we have enough numbers now.”
