YOUNG Burton Albion fans got the chance to meet their Brewers heroes at the annual Junior Brewers Easter party.
The event at the Pirelli Stadium saw striker Marvin Sordell and young stars Joe Sbarra and Jayden Cotterill, drop in to meet the junior fans and join in the fun.
The players took part in a ‘favourite 5-a-side quiz’ with the excited youngsters, giving them the chance to listen to stories of the best players that the Brewers stars had ever played against. Some of the names included Brazil’s Tiago Silva and Neymar, who Marvin Sordell had played against during his time in the Olympic Great Britain squad, whilst Sbarra and Cotterill talked about their experience of brushing shoulders against the likes of West Brom’s Salomon Rondon and Ben Foster.
Before the players left, they posed for photographs and signed autographs, and the young participants got chance to tuck into food from the Junior Brewers sponsor Burton Subway.
