The League Managers Association have named our 3-1 win over Derby County the LG Performance Of The Week.
The LMA's five-man panel, comprising LMA Chairman Howard Wilkinson, Sir Alex Ferguson, Joe Royle, Dave Bassett and Barry Fry, have determined that our victory over The Rams deserved the weekly award.
The panel has managed a combined total of more than 6,000 competitive matches in professional football.
Brewers manager Nigel Clough will receive a celebratory bottle of champagne, courtesy of Tanners Wines, and an LG Performance Of The Week trophy in a presentation to commemorate the result.
"We're obviously really pleased for the team's performance against Derby to be recognised by the panel," said Clough.
"It was an important home win but now our focus turns to Sunderland away on Saturday.
"We would like to thank LG for this award."
